■診療時間（保険診療/日本在住の方向け）

Our clinic will be closed on the following dates:
August 10 (Saturday), 11 (Sunday), 16 (Saturday), and 17 (Sunday).

We will be open from Monday, August 12 to Thursday, August 15,
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (last reception at 5:00 PM).

*Please note that consultations for patients residing in Japan and holding Japanese health insurance will be closed from August 10 to August 17.

5月1日(木)～5月6日（火）の期間は休診せず、9:00～18:00（最終受付17:00）で診察を承っております。

12月29日（日）から2025年1月5日（日）までお休みさせていただきます。

7⽉31⽇からオンライン診療を開始します。
＊オンライン診療は訪⽇外国⼈のみです。

■対象患者さま

• 医師が情報通信機器を⽤いた診療の実施が可能と判断した患者
• 当院で⾏った検査結果についての説明‧指導希望の⽅

■注意事項

• オンライン診療では、検査が出来ないため、診察可能な疾患に限らせていただきます。
• 医師の判断によっては外来での受診をお願いする場合がございますのでご了承くださ い。
• 情報通信機器を⽤いた診療の初診において向精神薬の処⽅は⾏いません。
• ⿇薬‧眠剤‧新規医薬品などの処⽅は出来ません。

Notice of Online Medical Consultation

We are pleased to announce that online medical consultations will be available from July 31st.

＊Online Medical consultations are only available for foreign tourists.

■Eligible Patients

• Patients whom the physician deems suitable for an online consultation
• Patients who wish to receive explanations or guidance regarding test results conducted at our clinic.

■Important Notes

• Please note that online consultations are limited to conditions that do not require in-person examinations, as examinations cannot be conducted online.
• Depending on the physician’s assessment, you may be asked to visit the clinic in person.
• Psychotropic drugs will not be prescribed in the first online consultations
• Narcotics, sleeping pills, or new medications will not be prescribed online.
